At the Sports Factory of the Lehigh Valley, our Speed & Agility program is built for athletes who want to separate themselves from the competition. Whether you’re on the field, the court, or the track, your ability to accelerate, cut, change direction, and explode with control determines how well you play. This program gives you the edge you need to dominate in every sport.

Led by Coach Nash Williamson, our head performance trainer, this high-energy class is designed to help athletes build the essential physical tools that translate to real game-day performance:

Who It’s For

This program is open to athletes of all sports — football, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, field hockey, lacrosse, and more. If you want to get faster, stronger, and more explosive, this is for you. Sessions are scalable to all levels, from middle school to college-bound athletes, ensuring everyone is challenged and coached to their ability.

Each session combines proven strength and conditioning methods with sport-specific movement drills. Athletes will work on sprint mechanics, plyometrics, resistance and band work, cone and ladder drills, and competitive speed challenges — all designed to enhance performance and build confidence.
