TRAINING FOR DEVELOPING ATHLETES

What is it? Sports Performance training is the foundation to sustainable athletic development. Sports Performance incorporates Speed, Agility, Power, Strength, and Endurance to develop the most well-rounded athlete.

Why is it important? Sports Performance Training at SFLV is designed specifically around the needs of the individual athlete. Following an initial evaluation, each athlete is designed a specific plan that address their goals. Programs can be designed around enhancing general athletic performance or focused on specific movements related to their sport.

Who is Coach Nash? Coach Nash is a resident of Oley, PA and was a multi-sport athlete in high school. Upon arriving in college, Coach Nash fell in love with athletic training and weight lifting. Coach Nash has turned that passion into creating a unique Sports Performance program designed to help better the youth athletes of the Lehigh Valley. Coach Nash believes in the value of hard work, setting goals and the application of both to all aspects of the young athletes lives. Coach Nash has been the Head Sports Performance Trainer at SFLV for almost 2 years and is a graduate of Elizabethtown College..

Summer Speed Series - Offered everyday this summer and available monthly; join your friends and Coach Nash to work on footwork, mobility, agility and explosive movements! This program is open to all ages and is coed. (12:30-1:30p)
