DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO COMPETE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL?

What is it? AW Fitness Club is a unique fitness regimen led by Lehigh Valley native and former New York Giants Running back Andre Williams. The movements and exercises are influenced by martial arts principles and bodyweight mastery techniques. This training is designed to increase overall health and fitness by increasing the efficiency of the cardiovascular system in order to lay a foundation for superior fitness. As a result of this style of training, the athlete can expect to see measurable increases in strength, mental focus and toughness, flexibility, durability, recovery, endurance, and enhanced total athleticism.

Included in this training program is nutritional advice as well as mentorship by Andre including entrepreneurship skills, building a personal brand, finding balance in the collegiate environment and more.

Why is it important? This training was used by Andre to extend his pro career by overcoming multiple injuries. By looking at the body from the perspective of the martial artist and training the body’s complex lever systems to work together, this training is designed to keep you on the field. Your best ability is availability!

Who is Coach Andre Williams? Coach Williams is a resident of Whitehall, PA and was a standout running back at Parkland High School. After his high school career Andre went on to become a Heisman Finalist while attending Boston College and ultimately was selected in the NFL Draft by the New York Giants. Andre would go on to play in the NFL for the Giants and San Diego Chargers.

Is this training for you? Coach Wiliams is looking for the top athletes in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas for this program to fill a limited roster. This program will require the athlete to be dedicated and serious about pursuing a collegiate or pro career.

Training Session Structure: There are 44 workouts in the first training season of the AW Fitness Club. To guarantee the effectiveness of the training, you must complete 11 workouts a month, at a minimum pace of 2 workouts a week or a maximum pace of 4 workouts per week.

You have 4 months to complete the entire training season. Anything beyond that time limit reduces the effectiveness of the training. It is possible to finish the season in 2 and a half months. You will maximize the effect of your training, the quicker you complete the season.

Summer Training Schedule - starting June 10th (Available Monday - Thursday)

Coach Williams will be holding training sessions Monday - Thursday to provide flexibility in scheduling for each athlete. Start time is 5pm or otherwise scheduled with Coach.
